Phage genome simulation module
A module consisting of the intragenic region between C and Cox genes, which also contains both their promoters, the cox gene downstream of it again fused with cMyc tag, followed by YFP as a reporter. It is used to characterize the dynamics of cox expression on the native Phage genome. FOr more information see parts BBa_K3024004, BBa_K3024009 and https://2019.igem.org/Team:Stockholm.
